  • The number of confirmed COVID-19 positive cases
  • The number of students who are in quarantine because of COVID-19

Onset Of Symptoms

There have been important clarifications regarding screening/monitoring for the virus which are helpful and important for you to know.

The most important change to note is that now ‘symptoms to be watching for are new/different/worsening from baseline of any chronic illness’. Symptoms of COVID-19 include:

Any ONE of these: (new/different/worsening from baseline of any chronic illness)

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Loss of taste or loss of smell

 

OR Any TWO of these: (new/different/worsening from baseline of any chronic illness)

  • Temp. greater than 100.4 or feeling feverish

  • Chills

  • Muscle aches

  • Sore throat

  • Diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain

  • Congestion or runny nose

  • Headache

  • Fatigue
