I view communication as a gift from God.
Mrs. Sue Courson
I earned both my bachelor and masters degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Western Michigan University. I also hold a K-8th grade teaching certification. I hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA (American Speech and Hearing Association) and am licensed by the State of Michigan. Following graduate school I was hired by Hudsonville Public Schools to provide speech and language services at Hudsonville Christian and Unity Christian Schools.
I am married to Mike. I have been blessed to adopt 2 great kids and have 2 wonderful step-sons. We like outdoor activities such as kayaking, boating, swimming, camping, hiking, and biking. Personally I enjoy reading, cooking, and sewing.
I view communication as a gift from God. We all need to be able to communicate effectively with the world so we can tell God’s story to others in our lives. I’m passionate about helping students develop their communication skills to allow them to meet their God-given potential.
