Payment Schedule

HCS offers a variety of payment plans to help accommodate your family. These include:
  • Monthly Payments (10 months: August-May)
  • Quarterly Payments (August, November, February and May)
  • Semi Annual Payments (August & January)
Direct payment or electronic funds transfers are accepted. All previous-year tuition fees must be paid before enrolling children for the next school year.

Tuition Assistance

Most families requiring tuition assistance are eligible to receive financial aid from the Hudsonville Christian School. To understand if your family qualifies, contact our Admissions Coordinator or learn more about our Tuition Assistance fund.

Paying Tuition

HCS families can sign up for an Electronic Funds Transfer to have your tuition payment pulled monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually, on the 10th or 25th of the month. Otherwise, tuition payments can be made by cash or check in our Administration Office.
