Hudsonville Christian School is excited to host our 13th annual Walkathon on Friday, April 26.  

The Walkathon is our only student-led fundraiser, in which students raise support and then come together to walk and run (or sometimes skip) around a track for 45 minutes! The 4th through 8th-grade students can get per-lap pledges or collect donations supporting their participation. Awards are given to the male and female students who have completed most of their laps. Our preschool through 3rd grade will collect donations for participation only. 

Our goal for K-8th grade students is to raise $100,000! This money helps cover the cost of technology improvements, athletic teams, field trips, and event rentals. The last 13 years have been a blessing, and we are grateful for the support of our sponsors and parents and our students’ energy and hard work! 

The preschoolers will be raising support specifically for the Early Childhood Program. They raised more than $5,000 in recent years, which is their goal again for this year. 

The Walkathon’s continued success is a testament to a community united in support of what God is doing at HCS. It also allows us to show how the body of Christ can come together to support Kingdom work.
