HOME COMMUNICATOR

On behalf of the staff and school board at Hudsonville Christian School, thank you for the opportunity to partner with your family this year in the education and development of your children. Throughout this school year, God has faithfully blessed our school community in so many ways. Some of those blessings have been clearly visible, while others may have gone unseen, yet His hand and presence have been evident every step of the way.

Over the course of the year, I have been encouraged to witness the growth taking place within our students, both academically and spiritually. Our students have continued to make strong progress, including through our MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) assessments. As we reflect on our school-wide goals and the work accomplished together, we are grateful for the ways God has continued to guide, strengthen, and provide for our school community. To Him be the glory for all that has been achieved.

As summer begins, it is my prayer that your family is able to enjoy a season filled with rest, renewal, and meaningful time together. If you need assistance during the summer months, both the elementary and middle school offices will remain open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Looking ahead, we are excited to begin the 2026–2027 school year with a full day for Y5–8 students on Wednesday, August 26. Here is a link to the  2026-2027 Calendar.

In a special way, we also celebrate our eighth grade students as they prepare for the next chapter ahead. We are thankful for the growth God has worked within each of them during their time at Hudsonville Christian School. It is our continued prayer that they would remain grounded in their faith, walk closely with the Lord, and boldly serve as Christian leaders wherever God leads them.

Thank you again for your trust, support, and partnership in Christian education. It is a privilege to serve alongside your family in our mission to Challenge Minds and Lives for Christ.

In His Service,

Devon Brinks
Superintendent
