HOME COMMUNICATOR
On behalf of the staff and school board at Hudsonville Christian School, thank you for the privilege of partnering with you in the education and growth of your children this year. God has truly blessed our school community in countless ways—many of which are visible, and many more that are unseen – but His presence was definitely felt throughout.
I’ve observed firsthand the incredible growth in our students—not just academically, but spiritually as well. Our students have made such great strides throughout the year, including in our MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) testing. When reviewing our school-wide goals, it’s clear that God has guided and blessed our efforts in meaningful ways. For all of this, we give thanks and praise to Him.
”Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our 'God is a consuming fire'.
Hebrews 12:29-29 NIV
As we head into summer, my hope is that it will be a time of rest and refreshment for both students and families. Should you need to reach us, the elementary and middle school offices will be open during the summer on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Looking ahead, the 2025–2026 school year will begin with a full day for K–8 students on Wednesday, August 20. Here is a link to the 2025-26 school calendar.
Finally, as we reflect specifically on our eighth-grade class, we are filled with gratitude and awe for how God has shaped and matured these students over the years. It is our prayer that they will continue to walk in His light, led by His consuming fire, and become the next generation of strong, faithful Christian leaders.
Thank you again for the opportunity to serve your family through partnership in Christian education.
In His Service,
Devon Brinks
Superintendent
