HOME COMMUNICATOR
Faith is more than believing that God exists—it’s trusting Him even when we cannot see the outcome. While faith doesn’t remove our questions or fears, it anchors us to the One who holds all things in His hands.
As we begin the 2025–2026 school year, our theme, “Following His Footsteps,” reminds us to place our trust in the One who guides us. We long to follow His example as we nurture the faith of our students. Though we do not yet know what this year will hold, we know He is faithful and is calling us to grow in love and knowledge of Him.
”Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.
Hebrews 11:1 NIV
Within our community, many parents desire to provide their children with a Christ-centered education, but financial challenges make this difficult for some families. At HCS, we partner with families through tuition assistance, helping to ensure Christian education is both accessible and sustainable.
This week marks the start of our 2025 Faith Campaign. Through this campaign, we seek to raise funds for tuition assistance as well as for the care and maintenance of our buildings and grounds. Your faithful prayers and generous support make it possible for us to continue living out the mission God has entrusted to us—to challenge minds and lives for Christ.
We continue to pray that God remains at the center of everything we do at HCS as we follow His footsteps. Thank you for partnering with us in this mission!
With gratitude,
Julie Moes

Raise your paddle… to volunteer on the Auction Committee
We are so excited to start planning this year’s school auction—but here’s the truth: it can’t happen without volunteers.
The auction is one of our biggest fundraisers and a wonderful way to bring our community together. But in order to make it a success, we need helping hands on the Auction Committee.
✨ Do you love party planning?
✨ Have organizing skills?
✨ Enjoy connecting with local businesses?
✨ Or just want to be part of the fun?
There’s a spot for you! Big jobs, small jobs—every role matters. If we don’t have enough volunteers, we won’t be able to hold the auction. Please consider joining the team that makes this special night possible. Together, we can create something amazing for our students and our school! Click HERE to sign up! Questions? contact auction@4hcs.org.

Just sign up for one slot knowing you will switch out during the event. This day is only possible with the help of our HCS families! Please go to the sign up genius page for our event HERE to sign up!
Plan on attending this fun-filled afternoon rain or shine. Outside it is held on the tar behind the early education wing. (Inside would be in the West Gym) Fantastic prizes and fun games like the pumpkin walk, basketball free throw, cereal walk, plinko, bounce house. Donuts, cider, popcorn, cotton candy. Even if you cannot come the entire time please stop by anytime between 3 and 5. There will be a small cost of $5 per child (adults are free but donation boxes will be available).
