Faith and Learning Conversations Presents: Tell Me About My Kid
March 12, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
Parenting today is more complex than ever. From phones and social media to AI, mental health, and questions around identity, today’s students are growing up in a world that looks very different from the one we knew.
Join us for an evening designed to help you step into your child’s world and walk away better prepared to lead them with biblical wisdom and love.
Dan Landstra, Director of Spiritual Life at Unity Christian High School, will share insights drawn from real questions submitted by parents in our community. Together, we’ll explore what it means to parent children in 2026 and how cultural forces are shaping the faith and identity of elementary, middle, and high school students.
Conversations will include:
- A biblical worldview for navigating a complex culture
- Phones, social media, and AI—and their impact on identity formation
- Student mental health
- Pornography’s influence on young people
- Sexuality and individualism
Attendees will gain practical tools and language to speak truth and wisdom into your child’s life with clarity and confidence.
