Out of their passion to help transform the faith of their students, many HCS teachers have felt God leading them to go on an immersive study tour of Israel. Last year, more than 70 staff members expressed interest in a 10-day trip and this fall many of you attended a Foundation for Transformation Dinner event as a fundraiser. The generous gifts given towards this trip nearly covered the cost for every 2024 attendee!
While the call for this trip is clear, the situation occurring in Israel has meant that we evaluate the timing of the trip. We invite you to watch this short video update from Rachel Landstra, Mission Advancement and Katie VanTil, Nurturing Faith Coordinator.
We are always seeking the Lord and His will for us at Hudsonville Christian School. We hope and pray that the Lord will bring peace to this region soon, and that our staff can visit the Holy Land in the summer of 2025.
